Our client was MAECO Builders, an experienced construction company based in Seymour. The owner Matt cares passionately about thermal efficiency and better quality construction for his customers and his projects. He’s also a Passivhaus certified tradesperson.

 

Matt was looking for thermally efficient and cost-effective window products for his clients in Seymour. After a few phone calls and email exchanges with Matt, we drove up to Seymour, met him and his customers, a lovely local couple who put their life savings to a new forever home that was about to be built. We showed them our product samples, our thermally broken aluminium series and timber aluminium cladding series. They were impressed by the quality of our products. They chose our thermally broken aluminium windows because they are suitable for the regional Victoria climate and cost effective. They also come with all the bells and whistles to enhance the performance, like thermal break, low E coating, warm edge spacers, argon fill, and airtight rubber seals.

 

While our factory production was underway, we kept our client updated with the manufacturing progress and provided the necessary documentations such as section details and assembly instructions to prepare them for installation. 

 

Fast forward 12 weeks, all the windows and doors arrived in Seymour, efficiently unloaded with a crane truck. It’s the first time that they have worked with our products but Matt’s team managed to install a full house of windows and doors including a 5 metre wide full height sliding door within a few days. We went to visit them a few days after the installation and were so impressed by their workmanship. It really was first class. More importantly the home owners were very happy with our products and the builders’ installation.
