PROJECT JACOB CREEK
Our clients bought a lovely holiday cottage surrounded by forest and fishpond near Mt. Baw Baw in country Victoria. They were planning to make it their permanent home but the place felt really cold in winter. The cottage has many glass panels, windows and doors to preserve the view and they were all single glazed. Having lived in England, they understood double glazing would make difference to improve insulation, comfort and quality of life.
Our clients have contacted a few window companies in the past year or so but they either don’t provide service in country Victoria or cost way over their budget. They then reached out to us after seeing our ads in Renew magazine. After providing an initial quote, we swapped a few emails with questions and answers. We met them to understand their project and show our product samples in the city. Satisfied, we then visited their home to understand the project and logistics further. At the end our clients decided to purchase windows and doors from us and engaged a local builder to install for them.
We delivered the products within the anticipated timeframe, and the builder installed them with our support remotely while our clients were away. Unfortunately, a few glass panels were damaged during transit and installation but we quickly ordered replacements from a local glass company and arranged for delivery within a week, allowing most of the project to be completed by the time our clients returned.
Our clients thrilled with the appearance of our products in their home, as they bring a modern touch, increase natural light, and reduce heating and cooling. They could feel the difference our windows and doors have made in their home as it is much more comfortable.
We are really pleased to see our products installed in yet another home in country Victoria. Thank you to our clients for trusting us to work with you on this project.
