We were contacted by a builder who was engaged by his client to build a studio at the back of a property in Fitzroy Nth. The architect had a clear vision - high-performance tilt & turn windows, including several large opening panels. After meeting with both the builder and architect, they were impressed by the quality of our products, and we got to work supplying exactly what they needed.

The windows and doors arrived onsite within the expected timeframe, and we provided on-site support to ensure a smooth assembly process. The team quickly got the hang of it and installed all the products independently. During installation, they realised the front door needed to open in the opposite direction - an oversight from the signed drawings. We immediately worked with our factory to manufacture a new door panel and arranged for it to be shipped with another order to minimise delays. By keeping the original frame in place, construction remained on track, and once the new panel arrived, we assisted the team in swapping it seamlessly.

With construction still underway, we’re looking forward to hearing the homeowner’s feedback once she returns from overseas. Another great collaboration, and another project enhanced by ML Windows!
